Step into spring's fresh and burgeoning universe of flavors on the course. Here we pay tribute to the season's young produce and the crisp flavours that spring brings with it. Look forward to a culinary feast where together we will cook, enjoy and pay tribute to the messengers of spring. **The Menu: **
  • Blinis with sturgeon roe, sour cream and herbs
  • Homemade tartelet with asparagus in velouté and seasonal herbs
  • Whole roasted plaice with new potatoes and homemade remoulade
  • Rhubarb crumble with mascarpone cream
**Throughout the course there is free bar in: **
  • organic wine and bubbles
  • a selection of beers from the brewhouse Open
  • non-alcoholic beer and sparkling tea
  • lemonades and water with/without fizzy drink

The course is intended for the curious food enthusiast. There is plenty of time for fun along the way.

Practical information
  • We recommend that you arrive about 10 minutes before, so you can land quietly in our cozy lounge before we get started
  • You work together in teams of two and two
  • Remember to disclose allergies or dietary considerations when registering, so that we can take it into account in the menu
  • You can take home the recipes via a QR code, just to recreate in your own kitchen
