All Good From The Sea
In Denmark we are lucky to be surrounded by the sea from all sides. We have access to plenty of exciting seafood, but the facts are that far too few eat it. In the course we take you on a journey in the wondrous world of the sea. We are going to make four dishes with fish, seafood and seaweed -- both in familiar ways and with a dispute. Look forward to lots of inspiration so you can cook them with great flavor. *The Menu: * Fried scallop with browned butter sauce Ceviche on seasonal fish Bouillabaisse with aioli and toast Seaweed ice cream with coral tuile *Throughout the course there is free bar in: * Organic wine and bubbles A selection of beers from the brewhouse OPEN Non-alcoholic beer and sparkling tea Lemonades and water with/without fizzy drinks \ The course is intended for the aspiring food enthusiast. Here there will be a good mix between coziness, technique and aha experiences. *We reserve the right to make changes to the menu for product availability. * *Please note that the course is only completed by min. 12 enrollees. *
