- Pizza with homemade pesto and burrata
- Risotto with seasonal greens and fresh truffle
- Saltimbocca with arugula and parmesan matured for 40 months
- Seasonal tiramisu
- organic wine and bubbles
- a selection of beers from the brewhouse OPEN
- non-alcoholic beer and sparkling tea
- lemonades and water with/without fizzy drink

Practical information
- We recommend that you arrive about 10 minutes before, so you can land quietly in our cozy lounge before we get started
- You work together in teams of two and two
- Remember to disclose allergies or dietary considerations when registering, so that we can take it into account in the menu
- You can take home the recipes via a QR code, just to recreate in your own kitchen
